Fitness doesnt come easy to me. I wasnt sure what 15% on treadmill was. The one at gym is life fitness and inclines to 15. Is that what I should be on? Loving your workouts. But I love you so I had no doubt in this app.

Ended up having to use lighter weights but still 🔥! Do we give ourselves a longer break in between sets or 15s rest the entire way through?
