Done!! I never would have thought I could do 50 V sit crunches. My abs will thank me later. My quads have been vocal, but are quietly down a little. This was great. Thank you, Rebecca!

When I started this challenge I could only do 4 push ups and had to modify the last one. I can now do 10 push ups and modify the rest. DAY 6!

My quads are saying some not nice things to me. Can’t believe my knees are allowing the squats and lunges. I think they are pretty proud of themselves.
