Follow along my shy girl workout routine. This program will give guidance to beginners looking to start their fitness journey or any others! It will include workouts that combine strength and cardio: This will be beneficial for improved Cardiovascular Health, increased muscle strength and toning, and mental health benefits. This is a program that will be done 5 days a week & continuously updated for 3 months. Along with each daily workout my goal is to hit 10k steps a day & focus on nutritional foods. I encourage all to do that as well!

Hey guys, it’s Reagan! I’m an ISSA certified personal trainer. I’ve been an athlete my entire life, I competed as a gymnast for 17 years of my life, qualifying for the national team 3 years in a row. When gymnastics ended for me that’s when I fell in love with working out. I joined a gym towards the end of my gymnastics career to begin weight training when I wasn’t at practice and that’s when I realized how much I love moving my body in all different ways. Once I was done with gymnastics, I really focused on the importance of nutrition, training, resting, etc! I fell in love with the process of it all and built a passion for it. I began with just weight training then added in running and other forms of cardio which leads me to today and why I train in all different ways. I began sharing my passion of my daily workouts and what I was eating on social media and found it to be what excited me each day and gave me that extra drive. Incorporating fitness into my life has been nothing but positive. It has helped me develop goals to achieve and bring me motivation each day. It has not only given me a more positive outlook on life but it gives me the strength and confidence I need to get through every step of life.
