Follow along my weekly beginners hybrid workout routine. 

This program will give guidance to beginners looking to start their fitness journey or any others! It will include workouts that combine weights and cardio: 

This will be beneficial for improved Cardiovascular Health, increased muscle strength and tone, enhanced fat loss, and mental health benefits.

This is a program that will be done 6 days a week continuously for a month. Along with each daily workout my goal is to hit 10k steps a day & focus on nutritional foods. I encourage all to do that as well!
