What are the goals of the program? the goals of this program are to further develop moderately-advanced martial artists and help them progress toward the advanced-skill-level techniques and combinations. by the end of this program, people will feel confident in their martial arts abilities and endurance and be able to combine boxing and kicking.
How to get the best outcome of the program? to get the best outcome of this program, I recommend repeating these instructional videos for a month, regularly combing them with my martial arts HIIT workouts.
How to schedule the program into a week? I would recommend doing these three workout videos every week. one could even do the series more than once a week to improve at a more rapid pace.
