the goals of this program are to take moderately-advanced martial artists, and have them be developed into certifiable advanced martial arts bada$$es with the martial arts knowledge I’ve gained over the past 16 years. I cannot wait to past my love of martial arts to everyone on this platform!

to get the best outcome of this program, make sure you are pursuing this with moderately-advanced martial arts knowledge and capabilities, and ready to progress even further. furthermore, repeating these series and the workouts included is very important to ensure that substantial improvements will occur within one’s martial arts. so basically, analyze your skills, be prepared, work hard, and don’t give up! 🥋👊🏽
How to schedule the program into a week?
I recommended frequently repeating these workouts. they can either be done alone or combined with the other series or my HIIT workouts. I do martial arts-focused exercises ranging through all levels 3-6 times a week. the amazing thing about my workouts is that they range in time but will ALL improve your skills AND get you working hard!
