Rashad’s passion for fitness finds a strong foundation in running and weight lifting. After graduating from Clark Atlanta University where he completed 4-years as a collegiate 110m Hurdler, he began his career as a firefighter and paramedic first for the City of Atlanta and currently with the Los Angeles Fire Department. He understands that in order to reduce genetic predispositions and prevent systemic health problems the work begins before the emergency call.
The drive for fitness has grown with Rashad completing Ironman competitions, marathons and plans for bodybuilding/physique contest. He understands that in order to enjoy the gift of life day to day we must be in the best physical, mental, and spiritual shape in order to live a life fulfilled. The FitnessFTA workout plans are designed to help athletes at all fitness levels, with a broad spectrum of goals achieve the outcomes they desire.
