Since starting the workouts last week and incorporating the nutrition this week, I am happy to say I am down a total of 7lbs! I was able to get 1 gallon of water in every day, and didn’t have to pee a hundred times lol. I never thought I'd be eating as much food as I have been with the meal plan, but I love it and I like that it doesn't leave me feeling over stuffed or bloated. I plan on posting my new progress pictures and updating my measurements tomorrow!
