With over 13 years in fitness and nutrition, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics from Rutgers University and am a certified personal trainer/nutrition specialist. From overcoming anxiety and disordered eating, I've evolved into a passionate advocate for empowering women to love their bodies. Specializing in weight loss, glute hypertrophy, functional bodybuilding, creative movements, and yoga/mobility training, I've worked with hundreds, emphasizing the mental and physical strength gained beyond the workout. Currently pursuing a Master’s/PhD in Integrative and Functional Nutrition, my holistic approach addresses underlying health issues.     It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
