Hi I’m Coach Rocky! Owner of Fit Fox Wellness. I’ve gone from running marathons to training for bodybuilding competitions to just enjoying life & moving in ways that feel good to me. My training style is an integration of everything I’ve learned in all of these phases of my active life. I like to think of it as functional bodybuilding with a spiritual/astrological twist. I’ve developed an astrological fitness program called Move With Me, in which we follow the sun and phases of the moon. Each zodiac season has a different theme/training style and rules different body areas, so every time the sun moves into a different zodiac sign, the program changes to align with those themes. For example, in Aries season, we do more HIIT and CrossFit type workouts with amraps, emom, etc. These workouts are quick and fiery because Aries is an impatient fire sign. However, next season is Taurus season, so our Move With Me workouts will be quite the opposite - slower, focused on tempo and pauses, heavy lifting, etc. Hardly any HIIT or cardio in Taurus season.

My programs are meant to make you feel empowered and strong! Not only will you love the progress you’re making and what you see in the mirror, but you’ll feel more confident and connected to yourself & your body.
Training Requirements
I will provide both home and gym versions of Move With Me and other programs. The home versions will just require some type of weights (dumbbells or kettlebells), a mat, and sometimes mini bands if you have them.
