Booked and busy Girl Glute/ Leg Day! Whether you’re a mom, student, both, full time job, all of the above, now is your time! What are you waiting for? Do you want to love the skin your in? Build self confidence and fall in love with working out, toning, and building your legs & glutes? I have created the perfect routine to help you get started or continue your fitness journey and it only takes 45 minutes 3x a week. Can be done at home or the gym. Let’s get to work ladies!❤️💪🏼 This program is designed for you to plan around your busy schedule but I do suggest a rest day or a non leg day in between. Choose what days and times work best for you with no excuses and little time.

    Hey babes! I’m Raquel Marquez, I’m 32, a workaholic & a fitness lover and I’m excited to be part of your fitness journey! I fell in love with fitness at age 23 after a break up. It became more than just wanting that “revenge body”. I would spend hours researching workouts and nutrition. I did all this because I know what it’s like to be a beginner and not know what I’m doing. I know what it’s like to not have confidence and be insecure. I’ve struggled with it most of my life but i can happily say at age 32 fitness has helped not only change me physically but mentally. I’m stronger in all aspects and I’m forever grateful for what fitness has brought to my life. The workouts that I will be including in my program are workouts that I do every day & workout that can be done at home with minimal equipment.
