Hey babes! I’m Raquel Marquez, I’m 31, a workaholic & a fitness lover and I’m excited to be part of your fitness journey! I fell in love with fitness at age 23 after a break up. It became more than just wanting that “revenge body”. I would spend hours researching workouts and nutrition. I did all this because I know what it’s like to be a beginner and not know what I’m doing. I know what it’s like to not have confidence and be insecure. I’ve struggled with it most of my life but i can happily say at age 31 fitness has helped not only change me physically but mentally. I’m stronger in all aspects and I’m forever grateful for what fitness has brought to my life. The workouts that I will be including in my program are workouts that I do every day & workout that can be done at home with minimal equipment. Remember, the motivation isn’t always there but the key to this lifestyle is discipline. Beyond happy to be part of your journey! Let’s get started!
