About the program

This will be an 8 week Guide of bodyweight and resistance bands workouts. This is for those who are just starting their workout journey and need help getting started! It will be 4 days a week all under 30 minutes of working out. You can do your workout days however it fits your schedule (EX. Workout Mon. Tues. Wed. Thurs. Rest Fri. Sat. Sun.) As you start to get more comfortable with the exercises and feel stronger, I highly encourage you add a 5th day where you incorporate some sort of low intensity cardio (walking, cycling, swimming, etc.) for 30 minutes. My introductions for each day will be a biblical encouragement for you to think and pray on during your prayer warm-up :) I am so excited to walk this journey with you and pray it is a huge blessing to your life! Worship with me!
