“LIVE CLASSES”
These come straight from my fitness studio “U-KRAVE” in sunny South Florida where you’ll join my “Krew” and KRUSH your workout! These hour long group fitness classes are good for ANY level and demonstrate modifications. They include:
CYKLE-At home bike workouts choreographed to high energy music for a high calorie burn! 🔥
SKULPT-Total body sculpting workouts weighted/body weight/sliders or bands (always changing - the title will tell you what you’ll need) that’ll tighten, tone and shape your entire body 💪🏼 *some may include cardio*
KARDIO-Cardio kickboxing workouts as well as body weight HIIT style to help build endurance, cardiovascular health & aid in weight loss. These are HIGH energy and HIGHLY feasible for any level⚡️
B&K-Biskuits & Kore focuses on the glutes and abs. Fire up your booty and tone your core in these low-impact workouts🍑

Does the workouts require any equipment? CYKLE will require an at home spin bike
