We are Laine and Bryan, the visionaries behind RanchFit., with a mission to redefine fitness making it accessible to all. We are not just Fitness Trainers but also Ranch Owners. We are the embodiment of RanchFit, a philosophy that has been etched into our lives. With over 2 decades of Fitness knowledge, experience and training we yearned to live it all. RanchFit began with the sale of our thriving training business in Central Florida. It marked the inception of an audacious vision that led us to acquire 150 pristine acres of land—a blank canvas upon which to paint our life long dreams. Building our Ranch, Home, Fitness barn, soon to include RanchFit Retreats from the ground up, incorporates our vision of health and fitness as a lifestyle. Our belief in family values and the unbridled potential of outdoor fitness fueled our passion. Plus, trainers walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
