Hey everyone, I'm so excited to share my workout routine with you! While you're here, I thought it'd be helpful to share some of my background. I've spent years training actors who need to get ready for their movie roles, quickly and efficiently. I was Jessica Alba’s trainer for over 12 years and have recently worked with Dakota Johnson to get her ready for the 50 Shades of Grey trilogy. My background is competitive gymnastics, NFL cheerleading and fitness contestant. Strength training is my forte but I love incorporating moves you can do anywhere, anytime for that always toned, never bulky physique!
