        Do I need to purchase equipment?
        It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. Most of my programs will involve minimal equipment, for example dumbbells, resistance bands, or a yoga mat. Because you have access to not only my programs, but 1,000s of other fitness professionals, there is truly something for everyone — regardless of equipment requirements.
