I’m so glad you're here. My fitness journey began in 2013 after having my first daughter. At that time, my main goal was to be skinny, and that was the driving force behind my fitness routine. But for years, I struggled with an unhealthy relationship with food and had a distorted view of my body—well before becoming a mom.
After having my second daughter in 2018, my focus remained on being skinny. It wasn't until around 2020 that I started shifting my mindset and realized that there are healthier, more empowering goals than just chasing a smaller body. I learned that fitness is about more than appearance—it's about feeling strong, having a balanced approach to food, and setting goals that support overall well-being.
This mindset shift led me to become an ACE-certified personal trainer, and I’ve continued to expand my knowledge ever since.
Now, my passion is to help other moms embrace their bodies and take care of themselves in the most balanced and healthy way possible. Fitness is about so much more than just looks (though that’s a nice bonus!). No matter how many kids you’ve had or what challenges you've faced, you can still reach your fitness goals.
