If you are looking to start, or restart your fitness journey but you just don’t know what the heck you’re doing, this program is for you! This workout is focusing on foundational strength, because without a good foundation, there is nothing to build upon. This is a 30 day, 4 day split, beginner home workout. Can be completed in 30 minutes or under, no equiptment needed. All modifications are shown in the last half of the video clips. 💕💪🏼 ✨ After you have completed this 4 week program, be on the lookout for Phase 2, coming soon. In Phase 2, we will progress from all the movements you have mastered, here in Phase 1.

Hi there! My fitness journey started in 2013 after having my first daughter. I was focused on being skinny and struggled with an unhealthy relationship with food and body image. After my second daughter in 2018, my goals remained the same. It wasn’t until 2020 that I began shifting my mindset to focus on strength, balance, and healthy goals. Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
