If you are looking to start, or restart your fitness journey but you just don’t know what the heck you’re doing, this program is for you! This workout is focusing on foundational strength, because without a good foundation, there is nothing to build upon. This is a 30 day, 4 day split, beginner home workout. Can be completed in 30 minutes or under, no equiptment needed. All modifications are shown in the last half of the video clips. 💕💪🏼 ✨ After you have completed this 4 week program, be on the lookout for Phase 2, coming soon. In Phase 2, we will progress from all the movements you have mastered, here in Phase 1.
