Hi! A little bit about me. I discovered fitness after I had my first daughter in 2013. Back then, all I wanted was to be skinny and that’s what mostly motivated my fitness journey. For years I had an unhealthy relationship with food and how I viewed my body was so distorted, even before having kids. After my second daughter in 2018, same goals: be skinny. It wasn’t until about 2020 that I finally started learning about having different body goals other than just being skinny. That wasn’t healthy for me. I wanted to continue and advance in my fitness journey with healthy goals in mind like being strong, having a balanced lifestyle with food, having fitness goals that amounted to more than just looks. So I became an ACE certified personal trainer and have continued learning ever since. My passion is to teach other moms out there how to appreciate their body and take care of it the most balanced and healthy way possible. There’s more to fitness than just looks (although it’s a bonus). No matter how many kids you’ve had or what your body has been through, you can still achieve your fitness goals.
