About the program

This program consists of exercises that are targeted at building and strengthening your entire body. You will have 4 lifting days: Chest & Triceps Legs & Glutes Shoulders & Biceps Deadlifts & Back Complete each workout once per week for 8 weeks. You can add in two of your own cardio days as well! Get ready to build muscle and feel amazing!
