The Fall Bulk Challenge is here! Time to get serious and commit. The Challenge runs for 8 weeks, from Sep 1st until the end of October. You can use the 8 week split or any split included in The Daily Swell program. Custom Macros & Nutritional Guidance will be provided to everyone in the discord. All you have to do to enter is complete the sign up form on this page and submit your before photos. 3 Winners will be chosen based on the best transformation!

    Great! Once you sign up and submit your entry free, you'll re-launch the app & see a new CHALLENGE program at the top of your feed in the "Paid Programs" section. During the 8 weeks, you can follow any split included in The Daily Swell.
    Will this program give me everything I need for success?
    Yes! You'll receive everything you need to reach your goals (lean bulk, strength training, custom macros, and nutrition/supplement guidance)
    What is the current split?
    The Challenge will follow the same Daily Swell 2.0 Split : MONDAY — LEGS A TUESDAY — PUSH WEDNESDAY — PULL + CORE THURSDAY — ACTIVE REST FRIDAY — LEGS B SATURDAY — UPPER WEAKNESSES SUNDAY — REST & MEAL PREP You can complete my workouts in the same order or whatever order makes sense for you!
    Sets and Reps ?
    You should be increasing the weight with each set and just barely able to get the required reps in while maintaining good form. The goal is to increase muscle mass and the best way to do this is through progressive overload/hypertrophy.
