About Quin Bruce

Online personal trainer

I come from a background that taught me to never live outside of my means and to always strive for perfection. This allowed success while maintaining humility. I started playing sports at the age of five and this carried all the way through college. Where I was also able obtain my nursing degree. Between the prerequisites to apply for the program and the program itself, I was equipped with a ton of knowledge in regard to the human body as well as nutrition. After 10 years at the bedside of critical care units across the United States, I was left filling unfulfilled but yearning to still help people in any way possible. This led me to chase my true passion, fitness. I began my own bodybuilding career in 2017 when I competed for my first show and it was then that I knew this is what I wanted to do for as long as I possibly could. The dedication and discipline required was something I was more than familiar with. It was then that I started to help others achieve their fitness goals as well. It was never anything official, just meal plans or workout plans here or there. But over the years my knowledge blossomed and i wanted to be able to share this with others. I began my official 1:1 coaching business and have helped transform many lives and have never felt more rewarded in doing so. Fitness is my true passion and I hope I can help light the fire that was lit for me 🦾
