This program will help you become FASTER, QUICKER, and STRONGER! I will say in this video that you can do 4 workouts a week but this is ONLY IF YOU ARE IN THE OFFSEASON. If you are in-season and you have games on the weekend, I would recommend only 1-2 workouts a week. Maximum. These workouts are meant to be repeated throughout the month or months so that you can improve your strength, agility and speed. If you are not consistent with these workouts, you will not see any results. If you have any questions, let us know!
