As a woman with a recent bilateral mastectomy I was genuinely nervous about upper body workouts. However, this workout was tough but still doable for me. I was able to complete the reps and took my time with each one making sure the weight was correct for me. I’m looking forward to tomorrows workout!!

Again, wish there was a spot for # used. Gym didn't have a hamstring machine for me to utilize

Feel like this was super easy but a great start for me! Glad all the videos worked this round, but again will mention that being able to put in weight used would be helpful.

Day 5: Shoulders

I was gonna do some cardio but after this workout I think I’m good lol

The goblet was a little weird with doing one rep. Other than that it was 🤌🏽!!

Pretty damn good. The cable squat was new for me and the rdls should really come first but this one rocked.

Day 9: Hamstrings & Glutes

Had to make the cable ones work at home with free weights but killed it anyways. Shoulders are dead.
