I’m two weeks in & I can already feel a difference in myself! I’m challenging myself a little bit more & feeling good in my body! Not only am I feeling stronger but feel like I have more energy from eating better & drinking water. I’ve gone two weeks without a soda & cut down on my creamer in my coffee! I know I still have a ways to go but I can’t be more thankful & appreciative for the workouts you provide & helping me keep myself accountable! Thank you Presley!
