Dan Bailey is one of the baddest guys in the CrossFit arena. 5 competitions and finished 4th in the games in 2015. Certainly one of the fittest guys out there! 

We caught up with Dan while he was breaking world records with Reebok. Dan shared a circuit he likes to do when on the road and doesn't have access to the gym. Let's gooo!

You need to complete this circuit 3-4x as fast as you can. Little to no rest time between exercises and rounds. Let us know how you do!

Burpees

Shoulders and legs raised off the ground for 30 secs to 1 minute. Mix in some kicks and scissors to test your core!

Hollow Hold with Kicks & Scissors

Air Squats + Jump

Pushups

Do 8 each leg. Don't let the knee touch the ground!

Front Lunge

If you cannot get 15 (try to get a few) then do close grip/triangle push ups!

(HSPU) Handstand Push-ups

Do 7 each leg. These can be tough. Use a ledge, table or chair for support!

Pistol Squat (supported)

Toe Touches

Bodyweight Circuit!
