Awesome! Thanks ππΌ good to be back into it! Any chance you could give some advice or alternations for knee injuries during leg day? I did slow motion jumps (like I went onto my tip toes, but didnβt leave the ground for the squat jumps and lunge jumps) :) my L knee is a bit busted :(
