My journey started back in the year 2000, 12 years old, sitting in the doctor’s office alongside my mom, as he expressed major concern about the trajectory of my declining health and diagnosing me as morbidly obese for my age. From that moment I consciously made the decision and promised to myself not to let my predicted future be my actual future. Fast forward to today, in 10+ years I’ve been able to help many others create the future they wanted for themselves, creating a more direct route to accomplishing their fitness goals. I use my studies of Exercise Physiology, years of playing sports up until my college years, and my career as an IFBB bodybuilding professional to help those who sought my assistance. My focus isn’t only just to change their exterior, but to curate a healthier lifestyle built off of quality for my clients, to have them perform better, and be a better version of themselves.

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
