Hi there! My name is Phill Reed, and I'm a former Division 1 basketball player turned fitness enthusiast. I discovered my love for fitness during my undergraduate studies in Kinesiology, where I also minored in Entrepreneurship. As I continued my journey in fitness, I found my passion for creating content and sharing my fitness journey with the world.
Throughout my fitness journey, I have achieved several milestones, including competing in two bodybuilding competitions and an MMA fight. I found that sharing my journey with others and answering their questions about how I achieved my goals became a significant part of my passion for fitness.
As a result, I began my journey as a Personal Trainer and Online Coach, where I have helped over 200 people reach their fitness goals and become confident in their body. Throughout my career in the fitness industry, I have discovered my current passion for running while still understanding the importance of weightlifting on my running performance and recovery.
I believe in a holistic approach to fitness, where nutrition, exercise, and rest are equally important. With my knowledge and experience in the fitness industry, I aim to help others achieve their fitness goals and live a healthy lifestyle.
