Description: W4/D1 Combat Shape MMA Complex

Pass through the entire complex for 3-5 rounds. Only one round for beginners.

Bring knees towards chest 

* Extra Credit: (Find a thick Muay Thai weighted jump rope like I’m using).

Jump rope high knees

-Touch the ground with one hand, twist, touch ground with opposite hand, twist again, deliver an elbow, elbow knee. Alternate onto the opposite side. Repeat.

Twist + Elbow + Elbow +Knee

- Perform a knuckle push-up on a padded surface, punch forward from your eye line, push-up again, punch with opposite arm. 
Repeat.

Knuckle Push Up + Punch

- Start with your back on the floor and knees bent
- Hold at 3/4 and tap your abs
- Bring your torso down to starting position

Muay Thai Sit-Up

- Start kneeling and keep your body tall with your shins flat on the ground. 
- Jump up onto your feet and come into a squat, and then stand tall. 
- Perform a jump kick with your left or right leg.

Atomic get up in to front kick

-Make your way around clockwise and counterclockwise without touching your feet on the ground. 

*Use your legs for slight momentum.
