This 8 week Dumbbell Sweat & Burn HIIT program is designed to build lean defined muscle, improve endurance + conditioning and shred body fat! This program is also for all levels (beginner, intermediate or advanced) and for anyone who doesn't have all day to spend in the gym. The workouts in the program are right around the 45-50 minute mark so you can get in and get out and see amazing results! The program requires minimal equipment and can be done in a home gym or at the gym. You'll need a few pairs of dumbbells (can also be done with one set of dumbbells) and a jump rope. Those with access to heavier weights, lift as heavy as possible while maintaining perfect form. For those who only have access to lighter dumbbells, that’s ok too, just focus in the mind/muscle connection for each movement. Not all days will require Dumbbells. This program has a great balance between weighted, bodyweight only and recovery/ mobility options of your choice. Embrace the intensity and excitement of the workouts. Make a commitment to yourself, put in the work and you will see results!
