It was really good. I’m just out of shape and doing it at 9000 feet with a mask on is hard.
One of the exercises I found really hard at the end. Jumping Split lunge. I’ve done it on tonal but at the end of this workout the legs were just shot. Would be nice to have an alternative for that one. Otherwise it was super good work out. Thanks a lot.
