Barbells, dumbbells, boxes/benches for jumps/core, and core work with medicine balls. Get ready to work with this equipment through out these sessions. Today you’ll do variations of upper body pulling and pushing bend and extending the elbows, and rotate the shoulders. You’ll get a light mix of lower body as well! Sound on for instruction, check all the sets off you get done, and comment on each session once completed!
