Train like I do I the gym atmosphere! When I have time to really TRAIN, I’m in a gym atmosphere with access with barbells, dumbbells, and everything and anything else I can get my hands on. My style of lifting is functional and dynamic stays in the Hypertrophy and strength endurance rep ranges or 8-12 and 12-15. We’ll take things to failure too!!! Sound on for all instruction, have at it and comment on the days you complete!!!

Paul Wright Movement Specialist

I have a lifelong passion for movement that began at the age of 5 with sports like swimming, soccer, karate, basketball, baseball; you name it I was doing it and haven’t stopped moving since! Thanks to my Jamaican roots I’ve always stayed busy but also grounded! I gained my athletic training knowledge hands on, through my experience as an athlete in high school, college, and after pursuing pro football. After playing Division I and II college football and going after pro ball in the states, I spent almost 2 years in Europe playing American football in Germany, Poland, and Serbia. After football and I realized my true passion was my side hustle: developing the inner athlete in all of us. I launched Get Wright Fitness and my signature training style. Dynamic, innovative, and always fresh & fun. It’s deeply rooted in my belief in defying your limits and activating your best through movement. My goal is that you’ll leave here inspired to move faster, be stronger, and push yourself further than you thought possible.I’m excited to share my story, time and energy with everyone that wants to Get Wright.
