It’s a structured strength training challenge designed for women who are ready for real body recomposition, real results, and feeling so good in their bodies going into summer!

WHAT TO EXPECT

You’ll follow a structured plan for 8 weeks (both home and gym options) that combines strength training, nutrition education, and habit coaching. psssst and you have a chance to win some prizes!! My goal is to make it so that your results last well after the challenge is complete. Each week includes short education modules covering:
  • macro basics
  • fat loss vs weight loss
  • high-volume meals
  • habit stacking
  • zone 2 cardio
  • recovery and sleep
  • navigating restaurants, alcohol, and travel

I have laid out exactly what to do for all 7-days for 8-weeks!
  • 5 day strength training split (HOME or GYM)

  • core and conditioning workouts built in
  • zone 2 cardio and movement guidance

  • 60 minutes or less workouts

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

You can do this challenge either at home or at the gym. The workouts are designed to be simple, efficient, and realistic for busy women no matter where you workout! You'll need access to:
  • Dumbbells
  • A bench/sturdy chair
  • Mini bands
  • A food scale for macro counting
  • A measuring tape
  • A way to track your steps.
