How do I choose which track to do - home or gym?
Choose the track that fits your current lifestyle and access to equipment. Both tracks are designed to train the same muscle groups on the same days—you’re just using different equipment to get there. That means whether you're lifting at home or in the gym, you're following the same strength progression and getting the same results. You can’t choose wrong.
What equipment do I need?
For the home version, you’ll need a range of dumbbells — ideally light, medium, and heavy pairs — or adjustable dumbbells, plus a sturdy bench or step, mini bands, a stability ball, and optional sliders (or just use towels!).
Will I own this program forever?
Yes
Can I do both tracks?
100% yes. Allez Sculpt was built to flex with your real life. Each day in the home and gym tracks mirrors the same training focus—so you can move between them seamlessly. Training legs at home on Monday? Hit the gym version on Friday. You're still building strength in all the right places without missing a beat.
What if I can’t work out 5 days a week?
No problem. This program is flexible by design. If you can hit 3–4 workouts consistently, you’ll still see amazing results. Focus on quality over perfection. Life happens—you won’t fall behind.
How long are the workouts?
Most sessions take 60-90 minutes max. You’ll get in, lift with intention, and get out—no wasting time, no endless cardio.
Can I do this as a beginner?
Yes! Allez Sculpt is beginner-friendly with built-in support. Each workout includes video demos, coaching cues, and modifications so you feel confident from day one. You’ll learn how to train with purpose, lift with proper form, and build strength safely—whether you're new to lifting or just getting back into a routine.
