maybe add weight recommendations for those who have dumbells and barbells at home! i dont want to overwork my muscles and make them smaller so maybe some help in weights and adjusted reps

Some clarification on the ad and abductor reps would be nice. I added a set and did 25 per side.

I almost died which means it works, but this like other workout sometimes just feels to advanced for "normal regular" people who are just starting out. Would be good to have the same workout but at different levels for everyone :)
