What are the goals of the program? Tom comes out with a quality lean muscle mass.
- Build muscle and endurance
- Optimize your body’s ability to burn fat
- Build a strong core
How to schedule the program into a week? Each week we will repeat one of the workouts twice and switch up the order workouts.
- The workouts are intense and you should push yourself to do more weight each week
- There are 4 workouts per week
- Recommend two active rest days - jog, spin, yoga, light lifting, etc
- Recommend at least one day off
How to get the best outcome of the program? - Stay content with the program
- Proper sleep and recovery recovery (7 to 8 hours a night)
- Eat well (limited sugar, complex carbs) - natural ingredients, non-processed food
- Good hydration. Around 1/2 your body weight in oz of water per day
What do I need to participate in this program? - You need a gym membership that has standard workout equipment
- I love a positive mindset
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? - Everybody can benefit from the program from beginner to an advanced level
