What do I need to do your class?
A positive attitude and open mind😄 Have a mat, 2 blocks, a strap, bolster, 2 sets of dumbbells (light and medium).
Who are these classes for (skill-level)?
The classes are designed for all levels
What’s the schedule?
Stay tuned! A new class is released every week. Do 2-3 classes per week combined with my other workouts.
