I combined my passion for yoga, meditation, breathwork and other fitness modalities such as resistance training, HIIT, mobility, flexibility, pilates and barre into a flow sequence to bring you a total mind body experience.
You will:
Increase overall lean muscle mass
Get leaner and burn fat
Build core strength
Improve overall body strength and flexibility
Improve posture
Improve mental clarity and focus
What do I need to do your class?
A positive attitude and open mind😄
Have a mat, 2 blocks, a strap, bolster, 2 sets of dumbbells (light and medium).
Who are these classes for (skill-level)? The classes are designed for all levels
