Prone Alternating Arm and Leg Lifts

Start with feet mat distance apart. Slowly lift feet while keeping legs straight. Draw the heel to tap at the top and then bring them back to where you started.

Straight Leg Lifts with Heel Tap

Start with feet mat width apart. Use a towel rolled up under the hips. Slowly lift and lower feet while keeping legs straight.
