Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? No experience needed. Just commitment and determination. This process takes time and patience but you will get there if you put in the time!
How to get the best outcome of the program? This program works in a progressional way! Each step must be mastered before progressing to the next. So don’t work through all the steps right away or skip ahead at all. The purpose of the program is to determine which part in the progression you currently fall in and then put in the work to master it. Once you do, you will know what is the next skill you need to build!
