8 Week Challenge to get you through the rest of 2025

This 8 week challenge is meant to do just that- CHALLENGE YOU. We will be "crossing the finish line" into 2026 stronger, hotter, & most importantly PREPARED for our goals come the New Year. This challenge includes 8 weeks of workouts (2 sets focusing on progressive overload), Recipe books, an unmatched community, group calls, AND a giveaway. Workouts will be done in the gym but will include substitutions for at home!

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
