How many days a week is the program? This 6 week program has 3 workouts per week- full body, arms & abs, and glutes. Each week you'll see similar movements making sure to focus on progressive overload; whether that be through the reps or the weight used.
Do I need to purchase equipment? For this program all you need is a set of light dumbbells, medium dumbbells, and an optional band!
