Do I need equipment?

Nope! I sometimes add in props (like ankle weights, Pilates ball, magic circle), but they are always optional. This is intentional: I want you to remember that working out doesn't need to be complicated! You can fit these workouts anywhere, and at any time. You'll see I'm doing my workouts from home in my playroom, stuffed animals, toys and all. Come as you are <3

    Personal Trainer and Certified Pilates Instructor

    Hi! I'm Paige and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructor. I teach IRL at my local gym on Long Island, NY and here is my story! I hope it inspires you to give my method a try. Paige's story: For so long, I believed if I didn’t leave a workout dripping in sweat, it didn’t “count”. I tried every workout in the book, and never saw or felt much change in my body. Once I learned about low impact exercise like Pilates, however, I felt my body settle into itself. I felt my attitude towards exercise change. I no longer felt the stress of “OMG how/when/where am I going to get my workout in today?!” – it all feels so much more fluid and comes from a place of ease. Plus, once I let go of the stress of forcing my exercise, my body changed. I am leaner, stronger and more mobile than I ever have been.

    What equipment do I need?
    You just need your body weight! Optional props may include: Pilates ball, magic circle, ankle weights, light set of hand weights, but these are always optional.
    Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
    The workouts are designed for all levels. I will give modifications and progressions to guide beginner students all the way to advanced.
    Can I do these workouts at home?
    Yes! All exercises can be completed at home using your own body weight (no equipment required).
