Press play 4 times per week for two weeks. I recommend walking 30-45 minutes 2 days per week in addition to your Pilates classes. Be sure to take 1 full rest day.
What do I need to participate? You just need your body weight! It’s nice to have a yoga mat, but I’ve certainly done my workouts on the floor of hotel rooms, on the beach, in my living room. Anytime, anywhere!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? The workouts are designed for all levels. I will give modifications and progressions to guide beginner students all the way to advanced.

Can I do this challenge at home? Yes! All exercises can be completed at home using your own body weight (no equipment required).
