If you ever feel like you are not good enough, are experiencing any feelings of anxiety or negative emotions towards yourself, this program will help you release them all.
The challenge is designed to help you find the confidence you are looking for to become the best version of yourself.
How to schedule the program into a week?
Make sure you have downloaded the Self Love Journal before you begin with the exercises.
Read one chapter each day. Every day has a different topic with a new exercise! You can do this in the morning or after work, whatever fits your schedule.
After each chapter head on over to our Playbook and complete the exercise by leaving a review in the app. End each day by writing down your progress in the journal!

How to get the best outcome of the program?
To feel the effects of the challenge, you have to dedicate 10-30 minutes each day to read and participate in the exercise.
Remember that you are doing this for you! If you want to experience the change you are looking for you have to be willing to dedicate at least 30 minutes to yourself once a day!
What do I need to participate in this program?
You will need The Self Love Journal, which you can download on our website www.ownyourglow.net
You can follow along to the exercises in the app without the journal, but to get the desired results we recommend following along to the exercises in the journal as well
