Just wow! I've always wanted to start a yoga practice, but have not been able to find a place that work with my available hours. I was surprised by how much of the routine I could do, especially when I let go of my need to be perfect the first time doing this! I absolutely loved the meditation at the beginning, because my mind is always racing. It felt good to acknowledge the thoughts and let them go. Thank you for showing up in my life!❤❤🤗🤗
