Loved this. Question...once you find the source of your pain what do you do next? Accept it? What if it’s regret or overthinking? Or the environment in which you live? (I’m safe and no one is hurting me, I feel like I should say that)

Beautifully relaxing voice to listen to, creates no expectation, areas of tightness slowly melt away in this short mental process - a must before yoga practice to connect your mind and body x

This was different because I wasn’t sure if plantar fasciitis or my carpal tunnel is considered pain. It took me five minutes to get relaxed for meditation. I’ve been very anxious lately. I’m usually like this when I’m excited or worried about something. Prioritizing is my weakness, so I need to work on balance. I do feel better. 🙂
