My name is Alex Mokshyn. I am Ukrainian trainer and fitness influencer with almost 1 mln followers on youtube (Ukrainian channel).
Having this huge following in Eastern block got me to work with the biggest names in the fitness industry. This as well as my own coaching experience have let me create the online training programs presented here.
I believe it is very critical to know your body, to know how to engage right muscles in the exercises so I payed a huge attention to the mind-muscle connection in every exercise.
My other thing I love variety. I don’t just think It’s important to keep your muscles confused with different movements and angles, it is just more fun to do different routines, plus by changing exercises around you expand your training vocabulary which is also a great thing.
My programs will work if:
1 If You’re NOT perfect
I myself have my own weeknesses, so these programs are for guys like me, people who was not born as genetic freak
2 If you are after longevity and care about your joints. I am 40 yo now, so I had some sports injuries, so my programs are designed
so that you avoid unnecessary tension in your joints and lower back. It’s like
you learnt from my mistakes.
3 If you are ready to experiment
You will get combinations of unusual variations targeting your lagging muscles,
plus the most effective compound movements with the proper muscle engagement tips
4 If you are determined
My programs are built for those who is ready to trust me and willing to to get some solid results. I don’t ask everyone just to get massive amount of random people, it’s not a mass-market, ain’t money driven project. The most important thing for me is to help you to finally get to the better shape and get what you want from your body
