- Set the bench at 45 degrees
- Row to your hips contracting your lower lats
- Keep your core tight and stay flat on the bench

Incline bench dumbbell rows nuetral grip

Seated Cable Row with a Wide Grip Handle

Close Grip Lat PullDown Variation

Cable Lat Pushdown

With your arms slightly bent, contract your rear deltoids to bring the weight up and out to your sides. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the rep.
Slowly bring your arms back down to the starting position.
Maintain tightness in your core and repeat!
